Campus Stewardship
Campus Planning is responsible for campus master planning, 资本, 设施 and space planning, transportation planning, 校园地理信息系统, 挖掘安全, and design oversight of all University 建设. The challenge of our task is to deliver the vision of the University leaders, respond to the needs of individual campus users, while preserving and
enhancing the character and integrity of the campus.

The 设施 Project 管理 (FPM) team provides professional services for design, administration and 建设 for all University renovation, 修复, and new 建设 projects across the campus.
FPM ensures the success of projects from the scoping and programming stages all the way through design, 建设, 调试, closeout and move-in. Each project follows a carefully designed planning and execution process focused on a successful outcome that meets project goals, and ensures compliance with state and federal laws, and University Construction Standards and policies.

能源 and 公用事业公司 are responsible for all utility systems connecting campus 设施. UNH has a utility infrastructure system that includes chilled water, 电, steam and hot water, as well as various civil utilities, such as domestic water, 卫生下水道, and stormwater totaling 63 miles of underground utilities. We produce both heat and power from a central plant where 85% of total campus energy is generated on-site. The central plant’s primary fuel is the largest landfill gas to energy plant (named EcoLine) located at a University in the country where it supplants natural gas to power the facility. In addition to energy supply, the 能源 and 公用事业公司 department is responsible for the management of campus energy including a revolving energy efficiency fund that invests 100% of quantified energy savings into new efficiency initiatives. With the oldest active drinking water plant in the state, UNH is currently constructing a new $20M plant that will provide water to both UNH and Durham residents.

The 人力资源 Business Partner for 设施 supports the staff of the 设施 Division and is responsible for employee relations, organizational planning, 招聘, 招聘, and retention processes, employee training and development, and policy/legal compliance. As a member of the 设施 leadership team, the HR Business Partner supports the strategic mission and vision of the 设施 Division.
