作为一名主要研究学生研究员, Isabella Collamati learned that not all research takes place in a lab and that concern for a single species can have a ripple effect to transform the planet. She explored salt marshes in New Hampshire and Maine while researching the effects of aging on the nesting success of salt marsh sparrows and then she presented her findings at the Undergraduate 研究 Conference or URC. The bigger picture: the declining population of salt marsh sparrows impacts salt marches and human ecosystems.
