If you or your group are looking for an accessible service project, Project Linus may be for you! Project Linus provides handmade blankets to children 0-18 in the United States who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. Blankets are collected locally and distributed to children in hospitals, shelters, social service agencies, or anywhere that a child might be in need of a big hug. You can make a no-sew blanket to donate by purchasing a fleece blanket kit, borrowing fabric scissors from UNH CCE, and following these instructions. Email Megan to check out scissors for your group.
